I got this to play with my Panasonic Lumix LX3 and have had many fun taking infrared photos with it. Well made. Threads nicely onto the Panasonic DMW-LA4 Conversion Adapter that takes 46mm filters. Though knowing what i do know currently, i'd have gotten a conversion adapter that accepted 52mm sized filters (instead of the DMW-LA4 that takes 46mm size) and began to shop for 52mm filters for the LX3 (instead of 46mm size like this one) - larger filters are going to be a lot of helpful later if I move up to a DSLR sometime. TM900 - nearly Superb

This is a good IR filter. Works rather well. i really like taking IR footage and changing them and what not. though these Hoya whole filter are too expensive. you'll get an equivalent filter by Opteka that will an equivalent factor for [*fr1] the value however yeah still a decent prduct =)

This light is great! I keep it mounted on my video camera and I never miss a shot due to low light. The light really improves indoor shots. The IR light is an added bonus for capturing night shots that the built in IR just can't reach.

Great IR filter!
